Feeling distant in your own marriage?
You don't have to just live with it.
I'm Damon Owens. Married 29 years, father of eight, and for three decades I've coached men who felt exactly like you might feel right now: going through the motions, stuck on the same argument on repeat, or watching the distance between you and your wife grow without knowing how to close it. That's not a verdict on you or your marriage. It's a starting point.
- ✓Name what's actually breaking down, no guessing and no denial.
- ✓A real plan to turn it around, not just another conversation.
- ✓Free 20-minute call. No pressure, no obligation.
HOW I COACH
Stuck doesn't mean stuck forever.
Therapy digs into the past. Coaching builds toward the future. Right now it might feel like you're the only one trying, or like nothing you say lands right. I'll help you see exactly what's breaking down and give you the tools to fix it. No jargon, no sitting around waiting to feel different. Just work that gets results.
Direct
I'll tell you the truth, even when it's not what you want to hear. That's what a coach who respects you does.
Practical
Concrete tools for communication, conflict, and connection. Things you can use the same week you learn them.
Rooted in Christ
Everything I teach comes from the truth about marriage the Church has always held. Sacramental, strong, and worth fighting for.
Three steps. No guesswork.

He is a storyteller who weaves his rich experiences if daily family life into his multi-faceted exploration of St. John Paul II’s Theology of the Body. Married to Melanie for 29 years. Father of eight. I spent 16 years as an engineer before I left the corporate world to do this full time.
Since 1993, Melanie and I have trained over 20,000 couples in marriage, natural family planning, and the Theology of the Body. In 2018, Pope Francis honored me with the Benemerenti Medal for this work. I've spent my career talking to men about marriage, and I'm not interested in wasting your time.
