The marriage you want
is already inside the marriage you have.
I'm Damon Owens. Married for 33 years, father of eight, and for three decades, Melanie and I have helped couples build marriages that feel close, joyful, and rooted in something bigger than themselves. Marriage takes patience, honesty, and the willingness to keep choosing each other. I'd love to help you and your wife get the marriage you want from the marriage you have.
- âStraight talk, one man to another. No lectures, no shame.
- âA real plan to get there, starting with the marriage you already have.
- âFree 30-minute call. No pressure, no obligation.
HOW I COACH
This isn't therapy. It's training for the marriage you want.
Therapy digs into the past. Coaching builds toward the future. I'll help you name exactly what a joyful, thriving marriage looks like for you and your wife, then give you the skills to build it together.
No jargon, no sitting around waiting to feel different. Just work that gets results.
Direct
I'll tell you the truth, even when it's not what you want to hear. That's what a coach who respects you does.
Practical
Concrete tools for communication, conflict, and connection. Things you can use the same week you learn them.
Rooted in Christ
Everything I teach comes from the truth about marriage the Church has always held. Sacramental, strong, and worth fighting for.
Three steps. No guesswork.

Most Reverend Charles J. Chaput
O.F.M. Cap., Archbishop of Philadelphia
Damon Owens is a gifted teacher and witness to the joy to be a disciple of Christ. I have seen him engage diverse audiences - lay, clergy, and religious - blending deep knowledge and personal testimony to faithfully share the âgood newsâ of theology of the body, marriage, and family. Now more than ever, families need help to âbecome what they are.â God has clearly raised Damon to be an apostle of joy for the new evangelization of families in this post-Christian world. Damon is a joy and I am proud to recommend him.
Most Reverend Samuel J. Aquila

Our Lord has blessed the Archdiocese of Denver with a vibrant and faithful Catholic community. Your presentation at the Living the Catholic Faith Conference offered important formation in living the faith enthusiastically and proclaiming it boldly. I look forward to future opportunities to collaborate in the important mission of the New Evangelization. Please be assured of my prayers for your apostolate.

Damon Owens is one of the most dynamic and entertaining speakers that I have ever come across. His ability to the reach the hearts of his audiences with humor, reliability, and substance is truly a gift to family ministry and ministry as a whole. I did not hesitate to book Damon for the Archdiocese of New York and look forward to having him come back time and time again.

About Damon Owens
Â
Married to Melanie for 33 years. Father of eight. I spent 16 years as an engineer before I left the corporate world to serve men full-time.
Since 1993, Melanie and I have trained over 20,000 couples in marriage, natural family planning, and the Theology of the Body. In 2018, Pope Francis honored me with the Benemerenti Medal for this work. I've spent my career talking to men about marriage, and I'm not interested in wasting your time.

What's the difference between this and therapy?
My wife wants this more than I do. Is that a problem?
